Rates: accommodates for up to 4 persons per house

Summer (May 1st - Nov 31st)
$2,500 per week and $4,000 per month

Winter (Dec 1st - April 30th)
$2,500 per week and $4,000per month

 Cancellation policy: Deposits are non-refundable within two weeks of scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees apply to short stays as well.
